SHIPPING & PAYMENT POLICY
1. Placing an Order
Orders can be placed through www.hezokids.com as a registered user or guest by:
- selecting products;
- customizing characters (including uploading photos and entering personal details such as name, eye color, and hair color);
- providing a valid delivery address and billing information (if required).
By placing an order, you confirm that all provided information is accurate, complete, and lawful to use, including any uploaded images.
2. Order Submission & Agreement
Before submitting your order, you may review and correct all details.
By clicking “Order”, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms.
A legally binding contract is formed only after:
- payment has been successfully completed; and
- you receive an official order confirmation email from Hezo Kids.
We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion.
3. Payment Terms (Online Payment Only)
All orders require full prepayment online at the time of purchase.
Accepted payment methods may include:
- credit/debit cards;
- other secure electronic payment methods provided at checkout.
Payments are processed via secure third-party payment providers.
- Cash on delivery (COD) is not available.
- Orders with failed, declined, or incomplete payments will be automatically canceled.
You authorize Hezo Kids and its payment providers to charge the full order amount at checkout.
4. Fraud Prevention & Verification
To prevent fraud and unauthorized transactions, we reserve the right to:
- request additional verification;
- temporarily hold or cancel suspicious orders;
- refuse transactions that fail security checks.
Failure to provide requested verification may result in order cancellation and refund.
5. Pricing & Taxes
All prices listed on www.hezokids.com are final and include applicable taxes where required by law.
- Shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout.
- Prices may change at any time but will not affect confirmed orders.
6. Custom-Made Products (Important Notice)
All products are personalized and made to order based on customer-provided content.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that:
- the product is custom-made and unique;
- minor variations may occur;
- you have the legal right to use any submitted content (e.g. photos).
This is critical for EU compliance (consumer exception rules) and chargeback protection.
7. Order Changes & Cancellation
You may request changes within a limited time after placing the order and before production begins.
To request changes, contact: info@hezokids.com with:
- order number;
- requested changes;
- updated materials (if applicable).
Once production has started, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
8. Delivery
Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout.
- Delivery is handled by third-party logistics providers.
- Shipping costs and available options are shown during checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- customs procedures;
- local disruptions;
- incorrect address information provided by the customer;
- events outside our reasonable control (force majeure).
9. Failed Delivery
If a delivery fails due to incorrect information or customer absence:
- re-shipping costs may apply;
- refunds may be reduced by incurred shipping expenses.
10. Refunds & Chargebacks
Refunds are issued only in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
To prevent fraudulent chargebacks:
- all transactions are logged and verified;
- IP address and transaction data may be stored;
- disputes should be resolved by contacting us first at info@hezokids.com.
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution and affect eligibility for refunds.
We reserve the right to contest illegitimate chargebacks with supporting evidence.
11. Liability Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hezo Kids shall not be liable for:
- indirect or consequential damages;
- delays outside our control;
- variations inherent in personalized products.
Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer laws.
